1. Certain activities may be impacted by unanticipated weather circumstances or government restrictions, in which case we or service suppliers will do our utmost to provide an alternative feasible activity. However, there would be no return for the same.

2. Private option reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Bookings that have been confirmed are non-transferable.

4. We do our best, but we may not be able to organize your scheduled add-on in some cases. In these circumstances, you will receive the update and the full amount of the add-on will be returned.

5. If you cancel your reservation more than 8 days before the start date, you will be charged 10% of the entire package cost as cancellation fees.

6. If you cancel your reservation 7-5 days before the start date, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total package price.

7. If you cancel your reservation within 4-2 days of the start date, you will be charged 50% of the total package amount as cancellation fees.

7. If any case product and service cancelled from your side that case we will not return 100% money

1.If we are unable to confirm your reservation after receiving your payment, you will be given a complete refund.

2.Customers are not eligible for refunds if they do not show up.

3.Surprise King will process the refund the following business day after confirming the venue's non-availability. The sum will be reflected on the original means of payment in 7-10 working days.

4.More than 24 hours before experience: Cancellation with 90% Refund.

5.6 hours to 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with 50% Refund.

6.Less than 6 hours before experience: No Refund on Cancellation.

7.No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February as these are Valentine's Special Packages.
